JCYSL recognizes that spring brings rain and while generally we’ll play in the rain, we can’t play on unsafe field conditions, such as standing water. Therefore we’ve had to cancel some games and practices. In the April JCYSL board meeting, we discussed this topic based on AYSO and it’s philosophies. Applying one of the six core philosophies “Everyone Plays” to games, we have taken action to promote teams playing a fair and consistent number of games in each division.
