JCYSL.org is proud to announce a new feature called Ref Chat. Ref Chat is a discussion area for JCYSL referees. Our referees are busy during game day and rarely get to discuss match scenarios. This will now give them the ability to discuss virtually in fun, fair, and safe environment. In addition, scenarios taken from other referee discussion sites will be posted.
