Team and Individual pictures will begin the week
of April 28th and finish the week of May 12th. All the weeks
are needed to accomadate all of our teams at both Charles
Town and Shepherdstown fields.
You were given a day and time for your pictures and a packet
with order forms. Please arrive at the area on the fields
where pictures are being taken about 5 minutes before you
are scheduled. This should help us keep to the assigned
times.
Please give each parent an order form from your
packet. Place all the completed forms in the envelope and
you will give this to the photographer at the time of your
pictures.
If there is a weather related event
that cancels your pictures, you will need to e-mail me at
kbfortney@yahoo.com to reschedule ASAP. (Remember: if
it is lightning at your house, doesn't mean it is at the
fields.) We have a deadline to have pictures finished to
allow us to get them back to you prior to the end of the
season.
It will be a 10 day turn around
time for the pictures to be returned to you. If a parent
wants other kinds of pictures like a pennant, wall plaque,
etc., details will be in the finished picture packet on how
to order those type of items.
