Our Mission

The JCYSL referee corps is comprised of over 50 active adult and AYSO PRO (Player Referee Organization) referees.

Our primary mission is to provide a Safe, Fair and Fun environment for the players in our program and to provide the best officiating in AYSO Section 13.

Why I Can't Be A Referee

You obviously have some interest in becoming a referee with JCYSL or you would not have ended up here. To make your decision easier, we have compiled a list of all of the common excuses we hear during registration each year.
