How to Obtain a Refund?

Refund requests can only be processed if online form below is completed.
If you have not received your refund within 4 weeks, please contact the Treasurer.

I. REFUNDS are only issued if your child DID NOT participate in either a practice or a game for the paid year/season.

  • Fall-only season: $70   (My child did not participate in either a practice or a game for the fall season)
  • Spring-only season: $70   (My child did not participate in either a practice or a game for the spring season)
  • Add Spring season to previously paid fall season: $40  (My child did not participate in either a practice or a game for the spring season)
  • Full-Year (Early Discount): $75  (My child did not participate in either a practice or a game in the entire paid year)
  • Full-Year (undiscounted): $95  (My child did not participate in either a practice or a game in the entire paid year)

II. TRANSFER  If you transfer out of the area, your AYSO player fee portion entitles you to transfer your membership to another AYSO region. To find another region, visit www.ayso.org/region_locator.aspx   In this case, JCYSL will not issue a refund, but will request on your behalf a transfer.

III. UNIFORM  Your player fee includes a uniform.  If we receive this application after uniforms are given to coaches, then your refund will be prorated based on the uniform cost.

Regions are only entitled to a refund of the National Player fee when a registered player drops out before he/she ever practices or participates in any AYSO activity.
