To obtain a refund from AYSO Region 322:
- Download a version of the refund form that works best for you.
- Complete the Form.
- Submit the form by mail to address on the form.
- Wait patiently for the form to be received and processed.
- This normally takes 2 to 4 weeks.
- If you have not received your refund within 4 weeks, please contact the Registar.
